Netflix, and binge-watch the whole series....anyone? While we don't offer cable, each tv is a SMART TV for watching all your Netflix guilty pleasures. You are also welcome to log in to any other service that you personally pay for. The home does also offers a unique Custom Arcade game that has over 20,000 games pre-loaded including all classic nintendo games, PACMAN, Galga, Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, and even golden-tee with a trackball for you and your family to hit those long shots from the comfort of your home away from home! We added an outdoor patio swing for you to sit and relax and enjoy the breeze with your family and friends (maybe even over a glass of wine...haha or two!)During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

Fox Run is a private secluded neighborhood on a private inclining road. The neighborhood is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway in the woods, you'll be surrounded by nature! The long range mountain view is a sight you won't want to miss, specially while you enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night

You will do a lot of walking and of course healthy exercise (or choose to just snooze and chill) once you get to Blue Ridge but you'll need a car to access all that the area offers. You can drive your own vehicle or use an Uber/LYFT to get around. Because we are so close to everything have a night out and leave your car at home a short Uber ride back will be worth the stress free night out on the town! It is also HIGHLY advisable that you download an Offline Map of the Blue Ridge Georgia area on your Maps app. Here's how you do it: 1) Open Maps and search Blue Ridge. 2) Tap the word "Blue Ridge" on the bottom of the screen and this will expand the bottom half of the screen. 3) On the top right, you will see three dots. Tap this button and select "Download offline map." 4) Zoom out to download the entire Blue Ridge and local area.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!

In rainy Blue Ridge, with beautiful scenery and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for bugs, however, everything outside of that is beyond our control. Mosquitoes are sometimes unavoidable (we know, lame) - please remember to pack mosquito spray.

We do welcome furry friends! However, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is REQUIRED. We allow (1) one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight). A pet fee is applied & subject to up to $150 security deposit.

A refundable security...

A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold.

There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property.

We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. It's for your own comfort :)

Sleeping arrangements consist of a king bed, 3 queen beds, a bunk bed that sleeps 2, and 2 couches than can also be used shall they be needed.

No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours.

Number of cars on property at any given time should never exceed (3). Parking is permitted in the driveway.

Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!

Trash must be BAGGED to avoid any curious critters getting into it!!!! If your reservation falls on a Sunday night, please place bin out by 6 AM, Monday. Failure to comply may result in a fine.

No firearms on property unless kept locked in vehicle.

Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.

Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.

Report damages immediately.

What are your booking conditions?

When you book with us, you pay a 30 percent deposit to secure your booking and dates.

The remaining balance is due one week before arrival or immediately when booking within one week of arrival.

On the day you check in, a security deposit is held in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The amount will depend on which property you have booked. The money is simply reserved, so nothing is taken from your account, and then released after departure. There is nothing you need to do.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Our refund policies vary depending on what property you have booked. Please check what the refund policy is on your personal booking. At Fresh Air, we understand that things happen or plans change, so we always try to be as flexible as possible.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! Many of our homes are pet-friendly!

Are you child-friendly?

Yes. Many of our properties are perfect for families, with games rooms, children’s bedrooms, large gardens and outside play equipment.

What time is check-in and check-out?

For most of our properties, check-in is 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. However, you’ll get the option to request an earlier check-in or later check-out if it’s possible. This depends on when other guests are staying and cleaning.
