If you’d prefer a midday refresher, Naga Tea’s expansive menu of delicious specialty tea and coffee has everything you need for a pick-me-up. Make your way to Lettuce Lake Park and you’ll find gorgeous greenery, hiking trails, and spots for canoeing and fishing on the Hillsborough River. With an abundance of grills and picnic tables, it's the perfect spot to bring a lunch and enjoy an afternoon in nature.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!

- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property.

- No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

- Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (2) per reservation. You will find 2 parking passes in the unit, please ensure they are hung from the rear-view mirror to avoid towing. Community also has additional visitor spots if needed, these are painted 'VISITOR' in the space. PLEASE be careful - lost/misplaced parking passes will result in a $350 fine. We're not responsible for any towing expenses.

You will find 3 amenity passes in the kitchen counter as well, with it you will be able to access the community amenities and re-enter the community after 6pm during the length of your stay. Make sure to place it back over the kitchen counter before your check out. If this pass goes missing a fine up to $200 may apply

- Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!

- Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 6am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.

- Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored.

- No fireworks of any kind.

- No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.

- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.

- Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of in containers provided can result in fines up to $200.

- Report damages immediately.

- Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are NOT permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.

- We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your booking conditions?

When you book with us, you pay a 30 percent deposit to secure your booking and dates.

The remaining balance is due one week before arrival or immediately when booking within one week of arrival.

On the day you check in, a security deposit is held in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The amount will depend on which property you have booked. The money is simply reserved, so nothing is taken from your account, and then released after departure. There is nothing you need to do.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Our refund policies vary depending on what property you have booked. Please check what the refund policy is on your personal booking. At Fresh Air, we understand that things happen or plans change, so we always try to be as flexible as possible.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! Many of our homes are pet-friendly!

Are you child-friendly?

Yes. Many of our properties are perfect for families, with games rooms, children’s bedrooms, large gardens and outside play equipment.

What time is check-in and check-out?

For most of our properties, check-in is 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. However, you’ll get the option to request an earlier check-in or later check-out if it’s possible. This depends on when other guests are staying and cleaning.
