During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to surrounding amenities such as: - Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park; - Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa; - Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa; - Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa; - The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion; - Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park; - Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center. IMPORTANT: Guests must present a RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the CDD amenities listed above.
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a ring camera by the front door. We appreciate your understanding!

Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it...) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!

A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold.

Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.

There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.

We can accommodate a maximum of 11 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :)

Please note that we welcome children of all ages but wanted to make sure you’re aware that the home is NOT baby-proofed.

No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Up to two (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle.

Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!

Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.

Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored.

No fireworks of any kind.

No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.

Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.

Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.

Report damages immediately.

We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your booking conditions?

When you book with us, you pay a 30 percent deposit to secure your booking and dates.

The remaining balance is due one week before arrival or immediately when booking within one week of arrival.

On the day you check in, a security deposit is held in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The amount will depend on which property you have booked. The money is simply reserved, so nothing is taken from your account, and then released after departure. There is nothing you need to do.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Our refund policies vary depending on what property you have booked. Please check what the refund policy is on your personal booking. At Fresh Air, we understand that things happen or plans change, so we always try to be as flexible as possible.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! Many of our homes are pet-friendly!

Are you child-friendly?

Yes. Many of our properties are perfect for families, with games rooms, children’s bedrooms, large gardens and outside play equipment.

What time is check-in and check-out?

For most of our properties, check-in is 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. However, you’ll get the option to request an earlier check-in or later check-out if it’s possible. This depends on when other guests are staying and cleaning.
