Experience Old Florida charm in Boyton Beach! We have amazing restaurants and boutiques along Ocean Avenue. There are canopy-covered walkways leading a wide stretch of sand at Oceanfront Park. QUICK TIP: make sure to check out the giant blue sea turtle sculpture and life-size chess board near the concession stand! There is plenty of shops to check out along Congress Avenue corridor and Renaissance Commons. Check out Jaycee Park or stop by Gulfstream Park. You'll find easy access for canoes, kayaks and paddleboards as well as shaded picnic areas, playground, and areas to relax!

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera outside - point entrance of unit B, west side to monitor parking, southwest and southeast corner both facing south and east side, these aren't intended to record our guest but for security purposes. We appreciate your understanding!

Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it...) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!

We do welcome furry friends! However, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is REQUIRED. We allow UP TO (1) one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). A pet fee and $150 security deposit is applied.

A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold.

It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up and disposed of properly.

Our grills are propane grills, please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.

There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.

Please note that the washer and dryer are a shared space with the unit above - the washer and dryer are NOT inside the unit.

We are located in an amazing location close to sandy beaches :) We also have some sand outside around the unit. We do have our unit professionally cleaned after every guest and ensure the sand is cleaned up. However, when you walk inside the unit from outside, there is a very good chance sand will track with you :)

We can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :)

No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (2) per reservation. Up to (2) cars may park infront or on the side of the building.

Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!

Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.

No fireworks of any kind.

No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.

Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.

Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.

Report damages immediately.

We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.

What are your booking conditions?

When you book with us, you pay a 30 percent deposit to secure your booking and dates.

The remaining balance is due one week before arrival or immediately when booking within one week of arrival.

On the day you check in, a security deposit is held in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The amount will depend on which property you have booked. The money is simply reserved, so nothing is taken from your account, and then released after departure. There is nothing you need to do.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Our refund policies vary depending on what property you have booked. Please check what the refund policy is on your personal booking. At Fresh Air, we understand that things happen or plans change, so we always try to be as flexible as possible.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! Many of our homes are pet-friendly!

Are you child-friendly?

Yes. Many of our properties are perfect for families, with games rooms, children’s bedrooms, large gardens and outside play equipment.

What time is check-in and check-out?

For most of our properties, check-in is 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. However, you’ll get the option to request an earlier check-in or later check-out if it’s possible. This depends on when other guests are staying and cleaning.
