You’ll be 5 minutes from a supermarket, and just 7 minutes from Posner Park with an IMAX theater and a variety of shops and restaurants.You’ll enjoy complete privacy and exclusive access to the entire home during your stay, along with use of the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please be aware that the HOA charges a mandatory amenities fee, separate from our hosting fees. This fee is $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more, and it applies to every reservation, whether or not you use the amenities. The home is located within a gated community with 24-hour security, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay. The driveway can comfortably fit 2 vehicles, and likely up to 4 small to medium-sized cars if needed.
We offer convenient self check-in and check-out for a seamless arrival and departure. While we are not available in person, we are always happy to answer questions and assist you to the best of our ability. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, and our cleaning team follows the highest standards of cleanliness. Pool Heating: If you would like to add pool heating to your stay, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate setup. The cost is $35 per day, invoiced separately. We request at least one week’s notice. Please note that during cold or rainy weather, we do not recommend using the pool. The pool is serviced weekly, and after rain, some debris may wash in, which could temporarily affect water clarity. Check-Out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Housekeeping is scheduled promptly after check-out to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt schedules and may incur a fee of up to $300. Self-Catering: This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a coffee maker (coffee is not provided). Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Please notify us immediately upon check-in if anything is missing so we can arrange restocking. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it...) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!

We do welcome furry friends! However, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is REQUIRED. We allow UP TO (1) one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). A pet fee and $150 security deposit is applied.

A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold.

It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up and disposed of properly.

Our grills are propane grills, please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.

There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.

We can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :)

No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (4) per reservation. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway (can likely fit 4 small to med-sized vehicles). No parking on street in front of house or will get towed.

Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!

Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.

No fireworks of any kind.

No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.

Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.

Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.

Report damages immediately.

We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your booking conditions?

When you book with us, you pay a 30 percent deposit to secure your booking and dates.

The remaining balance is due one week before arrival or immediately when booking within one week of arrival.

On the day you check in, a security deposit is held in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The amount will depend on which property you have booked. The money is simply reserved, so nothing is taken from your account, and then released after departure. There is nothing you need to do.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Our refund policies vary depending on what property you have booked. Please check what the refund policy is on your personal booking. At Fresh Air, we understand that things happen or plans change, so we always try to be as flexible as possible.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! Many of our homes are pet-friendly!

Are you child-friendly?

Yes. Many of our properties are perfect for families, with games rooms, children’s bedrooms, large gardens and outside play equipment.

What time is check-in and check-out?

For most of our properties, check-in is 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. However, you’ll get the option to request an earlier check-in or later check-out if it’s possible. This depends on when other guests are staying and cleaning.
