Sleeping Arrangements
With six thoughtfully designed bedrooms, everyone has space to relax and recharge.

The downstairs primary suite features a king-size bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the pool deck, making it easy to enjoy a morning swim or peaceful evening outside.

Upstairs, guests will find a variety of comfortable sleeping spaces, including themed Harry Potter and Avengers bedrooms with two twin beds each and a shared Jack & Jill bathroom — perfect for younger guests and fans of adventure. Additional bedrooms include another king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, offering comfortable retreats for everyone in your group.

Fresh linens and bedding are provided for every stay.

Outdoor Living
Enjoy your own private pool area, ideal for cooling off, relaxing, and soaking up the Florida sunshine. The pool deck provides the perfect setting to enjoy a refreshing drink, spend time with loved ones, or unwind after a busy day exploring Orlando.

Optional pool heating is available for an additional fee, allowing you to enjoy the pool comfortably during cooler seasons.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire home, along with access to Solterra Resort amenities.

Please note that the HOA requires a separate mandatory amenities fee:

$35 for groups of up to 12 guests
$48 for groups of 13 or more

This fee is collected directly by the HOA and is separate from host charges. It applies to all reservations, whether or not amenities are used.

Enjoy peace of mind in this gated community with 24-hour security. The driveway accommodates up to two vehicles and may fit three small to medium vehicles depending on size.

Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.

Host Interaction:
We offer convenient self check-in and self check-out, allowing you to arrive and depart with ease. While we are not available in person, our team is always happy to assist through the platform messaging system with any questions, concerns, or recommendations.

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every stay. Our cleaning team follows high standards to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience.

Damage Protection
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is completed through our secure third-party system before arrival:

1-night stays: A $500 refundable security deposit is required. This is a temporary authorization hold, not a charge, and is released after a damage-free checkout inspection.
Stays of 2 nights or more: Guests may choose between the refundable $500 deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night, capped at $100. This covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Pool & Spa Heating
Pool and spa heating are available for $35 per day and must be requested in advance. We recommend requesting heating at least one week before arrival.

Please note that cold or rainy weather may affect pool temperatures. The pool is professionally serviced weekly, and after rainfall, natural debris may temporarily enter the pool.

Check-Out Policy
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Housekeeping arrives promptly after departure to prepare the home for the next guests. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in fees of up to $300.

Starter Supplies
This is a self-catering home, meaning supplies are not replenished during your stay. We provide a starter set that includes:

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap
One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
Laundry detergent pods for up to two loads
Paper towels, trash bags, dish soap & sponge
Coffee maker (coffee not provided)
Salt, pepper & cooking oil
