The Space:
Central Florida sunshine, championship fairways, and the magic of the world's most iconic theme parks - this two-story townhome at Reunion puts all of it within easy reach. Designed for families and small groups who want room to spread out without sacrificing comfort, it blends relaxed resort living with the practicality of a well-equipped home base.

Living space
Two floors of open, airy living give your group space to gather or wind down at your own pace. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the interior cool against Central Florida's warm climate, and the covered patio or balcony extends your living space outdoors - a quiet perch for morning coffee while the golf course stretches out beyond. Smart-lock self check-in means you arrive on your own schedule, no waiting required.

Sleeping arrangements
The three bedrooms are configured to suit a range of group dynamics. Bedroom 1 has a king bed; Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed; Bedroom 3 has two single beds - four beds across three rooms, sleeping up to six guests comfortably. Each room has its own space and storage, so everyone settles in with ease.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is set up for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you need. A coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle handle the morning routine, and the dining table brings everyone together for shared meals. A washer and dryer are on hand for longer stays, keeping luggage light and laundry manageable.

Staying connected
High-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace mean remote work or trip planning never has to wait. TVs throughout the home round out the evenings when you're ready to switch off from the parks and settle in.

Community amenities
Reunion's resort-style community amenities are part of the package. Take a dip in the pool, get a session in at the gym, or simply stroll the walkable, gated streets at your own pace. Free parking on the premises keeps things simple from the moment you arrive.

Neighborhood & location
Reunion is a gated community with a resort feel - golf courses, tree-lined streets, and a pace that invites you to slow down. Full-time residents share the roads, so the 25 MPH speed limit and the occasional golf cart are part of the neighbourhood character. Disney is just six miles away, with Universal Studios and SeaWorld both a short drive further. Out the back gate, Central Florida opens up: every type of cuisine, airboat rides, alligator farms, water parks, and a full range of local attractions - all within easy reach. Whether the trip is built around theme-park days or something more laid-back, the location handles both equally well.

Pets are welcome at this property.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:

-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;
-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;
-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;
-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;
-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;
-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;
-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.

IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.

Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The Neighborhood:
Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot.

Host Interaction:
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
