The Space:
Picture five days - or five weeks - spent poolside in the Florida sunshine, kids splashing in your own private pool while the grown-ups unwind in the hot tub. This five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom villa at Reunion Resort is built for exactly that kind of trip - the kind where every family member finds their corner and nobody wants to leave.
Living space
The main living room is where the group naturally comes together - wide, open, and easy to settle into after a day at the parks. A second lounge upstairs gives older kids or anyone needing a quieter moment their own space to retreat to. The game room and cinema room adds another layer of entertainment, keeping everyone happily occupied whether it's a rainy afternoon or a late Florida evening.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms sleep up to ten guests across six beds. The primary bedroom on the main level features a king bed with a private en-suite. Upstairs, a second king bedroom also has its own en-suite. Two further king bedrooms and a queen bedroom round out the adult sleeping options, while the bunk room is perfectly set up for younger guests. Five full bathrooms and a half bath mean mornings run smoothly no matter how big the group.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook properly - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper. Whether you're prepping a full family dinner or just keeping snacks stocked between park days, the counter space and equipment make it easy. A BBQ grill on the patio extends your dining options outdoors.
Outdoor
Step outside and the private pool and hot tub are ready whenever you are - ideal for winding down after a day at the parks or simply spending a lazy afternoon in the sun. The patio and balcony give you plenty of outdoor space to spread out, and free on-site parking means you're never scrambling for a spot when you get back from a day out.
Amenities & access
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, TV, a game console, and an elevator. Self check-in via smart lock keeps arrival hassle-free. For longer trips, the property also allows stays of 28 days or more. Safety essentials - smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit - are all in place. A gym is available on the property.
Location
Reunion Resort is a gated community with a real neighbourhood feel - golf courses, roaming golf carts, and a 25 MPH speed limit that keeps things relaxed. Out the back gate, you'll find an enormous range of restaurants, water parks, airboat rides, and more. Central Florida's biggest attractions are close by, making this villa an easy base for the full Florida family experience.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:
-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;
-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;
-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;
-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;
-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;
-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;
-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.
IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.
Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The Neighborhood:
Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.
Host Interaction:
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Although we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)
Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
