Set in a gated and guarded community just 15 minutes from Disney, this four-bedroom townhouse gives families the space and flexibility to move through the day at their own pace - whether that means a morning gym session, an afternoon at the theme parks, or a relaxed evening grilling on the patio under the warm Florida sky.
The space
This entire townhouse is laid out for groups who want both shared moments and their own space. Four bedrooms across multiple levels comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, with a layout that works well for families and mixed-age groups. A downstairs master bedroom offers added flexibility and convenience, while an upstairs master suite opens onto a private balcony - a quiet spot to step away and recharge. Two secondary bedrooms feature Disney-themed decor and twin beds, giving younger guests a room that feels made just for them.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps 8 across four bedrooms with a total of six beds. Two master bedrooms are furnished with a king and a queen respectively, while the secondary bedrooms offer twin and queen options. The mix of bed sizes suits families, extended families, and groups traveling together across different ages.
Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen is stocked for everything from quick pre-park breakfasts to dinners at home. You will find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and all the basics - pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. When the day winds down, gather around the dining table for a shared meal before heading to bed.
Outdoor living
The patio and BBQ grill are ready for easy outdoor evenings - fire it up for a casual dinner and let the Florida warmth do the rest. The private balcony off the upstairs master suite is another spot to slow down and take in the surroundings.

Emerald Island Resort is a gated and guarded community set across more than 300 acres, with 11 heavily wooded acres at its center and a conservation area surrounding the development. Beyond the townhouse, residents and guests have access to a shared pool, hot tub, gym, clubhouse, arcade, cyber cafe, sauna, sport courts, playgrounds, and nature trails that wind through the woodland. A sundry shop in the clubhouse and 24-hour manned security are also on site.
Comfort and convenience
Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. Self check-in via smart lock means arrival is easy at any hour. Washer, dryer, iron, and bed linens are all included, and WiFi and TV are available throughout. Families with young children will appreciate the Pack 'n play/Travel crib and high chair. Free parking is available on premises and on the street.

Emerald Island Resort sits just off US Highway 192 in Kissimmee, placing you roughly 15 minutes from Disney's theme parks and within easy reach of grocery stores, Walmart, and a wide range of local restaurants. Universal Orlando Resort and Epic Universe are approximately 40 to 45 minutes away by car - a manageable day trip when the schedule calls for it.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities. You can park up to 3 vehicles in the street in front of the property, there's a fee of $20.00 per vehicle coming to the property, this fee is for the car pass emission + resort fee.

Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious gated & guarded community located on Disney's doorstep. Surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community.
Multi-sport courts (tennis, volleyball), a children's playground, and nature trails that wind through the community's 11-acre woodland.Convenience: A clubhouse sundry shop, 24-hour manned security, and easy access to local restaurants and major highways.
Location & Accessibility Roughly 15 minutes to Disney theme parks. Universal Orlando Resort and Epic Universe are about a 40 to 45-minute drive away.
Just off US Highway 192, providing immediate access to grocery stores, Walmart, and various restaurants.
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this 'island' serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination has to offer. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles.

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
