The Space:
The days are long and warm in central Florida, and your crew has the ideal home base to make the most of them. Whether the plan is back-to-back park days, lazy mornings poolside, or somewhere in between, this four-bedroom townhouse in a gated Davenport community is set up for exactly that kind of trip — room for everyone, amenities within steps, and Disney close enough that you can be back for dinner.

The space
Spread across two levels, this entire home is built for groups who want time together and room to breathe. Downstairs, a master bedroom with a separate entry gives added privacy — useful when travel schedules or sleep times don't quite line up. Upstairs, a second master suite opens onto a private balcony, a quiet spot to decompress after a day on your feet. The secondary bedrooms are finished with Disney-style decor and twin beds, a detail younger guests tend to notice immediately.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps eight across four bedrooms: one king, one queen, and twin beds in the remaining rooms. Six beds total means the layout adapts well to families, mixed-age groups, or anyone who'd rather not share.

Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts before an early park open to proper dinners when everyone's too tired to go back out. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all included. Pull everyone around the dining table and let the day settle before calling it a night.

Outdoor and community amenities
Your patio and lounge chairs are right outside when you want the fresh air without going far. Beyond the home, the gated community adds a full layer of shared amenities: pool, hot tub, gym, clubhouse, arcade, cyber cafe, sauna, sport courts, and playgrounds. It is the kind of variety that keeps a trip flexible — morning workout, afternoon swim, evening soak, repeat.

Location
The home sits in Davenport's Solana community, just off Highway 27 near Interstate 4 and Highway 192. Supermarkets and restaurants are five to ten minutes away along Highway 27, with more options along 192. Posner Park is around 15 minutes, Disney Springs approximately 25 to 30 minutes, Orlando Premium Outlets roughly 25 to 30 minutes, and The Florida Mall about 40 to 45 minutes. The gated and guarded community adds peace of mind without putting you out of reach of anything.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities.

Solana Resort offers premium resort-style amenities centered around its 4,000-square-foot clubhouse, featuring a massive year-round heated pool, a hot tub, private cabanas, and a lively poolside Tiki Bar and Grill. For recreation, guests can enjoy a custom 18-hole mini-golf course, a sand volleyball court, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an arcade games room, a children's playground, and a scenic picnic area with BBQ grills

The Neighborhood:
Solana is located in Davenport, Florida, just off Highway 27 and close to Interstate 4 and Highway 192. This places it slightly further from the main tourist corridor than Kissimmee communities, but still within a practical distance for the theme parks, shops and restaurants.

Close to a growing range of amenities. Supermarkets and restaurants are within 5 to 10 minutes along Highway 27, with additional options along Highway 192. Larger shopping destinations include Posner Park at around 15 minutes, Disney Springs at approximately 25 to 30 minutes, Orlando Premium Outlets at roughly 25 to 30 minutes and The Florida Mall at about 40 to 45 minutes

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this 'island' serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination has to offer. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
