Please note that the pool is a shared community amenity and is not located at the home.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in The Fountains at ChampionsGate, a private gated community near Central Florida’s most popular attractions, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Pick up groceries nearby, enjoy dinner at one of the area’s restaurants, play a round of golf, or spend the day exploring Walt Disney World and Orlando’s other world-famous attractions.

With convenient access to I-4, this townhome provides a comfortable and practical home base for your Central Florida vacation.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.

A vehicle is recommended for visiting the theme parks and exploring the surrounding area.
The garage and driveway can accommodate a combined maximum of two vehicles. Street parking is not available.

Host Interaction:
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
