BATHROOMS
The home includes five full bathrooms and one shared half bathroom. The downstairs primary suite has a private bathroom, and one of the upstairs bathrooms features a Jack-and-Jill arrangement shared between bedrooms.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Registered guests also receive access to the Oasis and Retreat clubs and standard ChampionsGate recreational facilities. Dining, drinks, cabana rentals, golf, equipment rentals, and selected activities require additional payment.

The Neighborhood:
Located within The Retreat at ChampionsGate, this home offers a secure, family-friendly resort setting near Walt Disney World and Central Florida’s leading attractions.

Registered guests receive access to both the Oasis and Retreat clubs. Community amenities include resort-style pools, a lazy river, water slides, children’s splash areas, mini golf, a fitness center, movie theater, arcade, playgrounds, and basketball, soccer, volleyball, tennis, and pickleball facilities. Restaurants and poolside bars are also available, while food, drinks, cabanas, golf, and selected activities require additional payment.

ChampionsGate Country Club offers an 18-hole golf course and clubhouse dining, with discounted green fees potentially available to registered guests.

Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and everyday conveniences are located within a short drive. Nearby access to Interstate 4 and US Highway 27 makes it convenient to reach Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Orlando, Disney Springs, and other Kissimmee and Orlando destinations.

Community amenities, operating hours, and availability are managed by the resort and may change.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.

The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.

Host Interaction:
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $40 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
