The Neighborhood:
Located in Windsor Hills Resort, this home places your family in one of Kissimmee’s most popular gated vacation communities, just minutes from Walt Disney World and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.

All registered guests staying at the property receive complimentary access to the community amenities. Upon arrival, simply visit the Clubhouse Welcome Center to collect your amenity wristbands.

Windsor Hills Resort features a heated zero-entry lagoon pool, an exciting water park with slides and a children’s splash area, a hot tub, fitness center, arcade and game room, movie theater, playgrounds, basketball and pickleball courts, a putting green, and an on-site Marketplace & Grill.

Outside the resort, you’ll find an excellent selection of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and family entertainment along US-192. With convenient access to major roads and I-4, Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and the rest of Central Florida are all within easy reach.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.

The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.

Host Interaction:
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
