Living spaces

The spacious living areas offer comfortable places to gather, relax, and enjoy the home’s creative touches. Colorful walls and thoughtfully selected décor bring character to the interiors, while ceiling fans help keep the atmosphere comfortable.

A dedicated workspace provides a convenient spot for guests who need to handle work or other tasks during their visit.

Sleeping arrangements

Four individually styled bedrooms accommodate 16+ guests across eight beds. The layout offers separate sleeping spaces for families and groups traveling together.

Fresh bed linens, clothing storage, and hangers are provided throughout.

Kitchen and dining

Prepare meals at your own pace in the fully equipped kitchen. Available appliances and essentials include:

The dining table provides a welcoming place to share breakfast, enjoy takeout, or sit down for dinner together.

Bathrooms and laundry

Three bathrooms help make getting ready easier for larger groups. A starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower gel, and hand soap is provided, along with a hair dryer.

An in-home washer and dryer offer added convenience for longer stays and beach-day laundry.

Private outdoor space

The fully fenced backyard gives guests their own space to enjoy the Florida weather. Take a dip in the private pool, relax on the furnished patio, prepare a grilled meal, or spend a quiet evening beside the fire pit.

Optional pool heating is available for an additional charge. Please review the details under “Other things to note.”

Game room

Enjoy friendly competition in the indoor game room, complete with a pool table. It is a convenient option for downtime between outings or a relaxed evening at home.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and its private amenities during the reservation.

All property amenities are located either inside the house or within the fully fenced backyard.

The Neighborhood:
The home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with wide sidewalks suitable for morning runs and evening walks.

Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Keep outdoor conversations, games, and other activities at a considerate volume, especially around the pool, patio, and fire pit.

Host Interaction:
Enjoy convenient self check-in and self check-out. Although our team will not be present at the home, we are available through the booking platform’s messaging system to answer questions and assist whenever possible.

Other Notes:
Professional cleaning

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between reservations. Our cleaning team follows detailed preparation procedures before each arrival.

Damage protection

All reservations require damage protection, processed through our third-party system before arrival.

For one-night stays:

A refundable $500 security deposit is required. This is a preauthorized hold, not a charge, and is released following a damage-free checkout inspection.

For stays of two nights or longer:

Guests may choose between:

A refundable $500 security deposit
A nonrefundable damage waiver of $20 per night, capped at $100

The waiver covers qualifying accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Deposit holds expire after seven days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day six and reauthorized to maintain continuous coverage.

Optional pool heating

Pool heating is available for $50 per day of the stay and is invoiced separately.

Please request this amenity at least one week before arrival so our team can coordinate the setup.

Pool care and weather

The pool is serviced weekly. Rain may carry debris into the water and temporarily affect its appearance. Please contact us if you notice any concerns.

We do not recommend using the pool during inclement weather, including cold or rainy conditions.

BBQ grill

The grill and grilling utensils are provided. Propane is not included; guests are responsible for purchasing it if needed.

Checkout

Checkout is at 10:00 a.m. Housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly after departure to prepare the home for the next reservation.

Remaining beyond the confirmed checkout time may disrupt cleaning and incoming reservations and may result in a fee of up to $300.

Starter supplies

This is a self-catering home. A limited starter supply is provided at arrival, but items are not replenished during the stay.

Each bathroom includes:

Shampoo and conditioner
Body wash
Hand soap
One roll of toilet paper

The laundry area includes detergent pods for up to two loads.

The kitchen includes:

One roll of paper towels
A couple of trash bags
Dishwashing detergent
One sponge
Salt and pepper

If a listed starter item is missing, please message us immediately after check-in so we can arrange restocking.
