The Space:
Enjoy a spacious Reunion getaway where poolside afternoons, shared meals, and movie nights are all part of the stay. This six-bedroom villa offers generous gathering spaces alongside private bedrooms, giving everyone room to spend time together or unwind independently.

Start your morning at an easy pace, head out to explore Orlando’s attractions, and return to your own pool, hot tub, and comfortable living areas.

Sleeping arrangements

Six bedrooms are spread across two floors:

* Bedroom 1, downstairs: King bed | Sleeps 2
* Bedroom 2, upstairs: King bed with ensuite bathroom
* Bedroom 3, upstairs: King bed with ensuite bathroom
* Bedroom 4, upstairs: Two twin beds with ensuite bathroom
* Bedroom 5, upstairs: King bed with ensuite bathroom
* Bedroom 6, upstairs: King bed with ensuite bathroom

With 5.5 bathrooms throughout the villa, your group can get ready comfortably before heading to Disney, Universal, or SeaWorld.

Private outdoor retreat

Take a break from sightseeing with a swim in the private pool or time in the hot tub. Pool loungers and a furnished patio offer comfortable spots to relax by the water, while the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area make meals at home another enjoyable part of your vacation.

Living areas and cinema

Two spacious living areas allow guests to gather for conversation, watch TV, or enjoy separate activities without feeling crowded.

The dedicated cinema room creates a welcoming setting for movie nights together—a relaxing way to end a busy day at the parks.

Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain indoor comfort. The home also includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.

Kitchen and dining

The large kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances and plenty of space to prepare meals for your group. Equipment includes:

Set within Reunion, the villa is surrounded by golf courses, peaceful streets, and pleasant areas for walking. The community has a 25 mph speed limit, and golf carts share the roads, so please drive carefully and respect the residential setting.

Beyond the gates, explore nearby dining options and Central Florida experiences, including water parks, airboat rides, and alligator attractions.

A comfortable home base for your group

With six bedrooms, multiple living areas, a private pool and hot tub, and a dedicated cinema, this villa offers a balance of shared entertainment and personal space. Enjoy a relaxing place to return to between visits to Disney and Orlando’s other popular attractions.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:

-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;
-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;
-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;
-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;
-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;
-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;
-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.

IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.

Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The Neighborhood:
Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive at the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.

Host Interaction:
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Although we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
