The swimming pool and attached spa are private and reserved exclusively for your group. Optional pool and spa heating may be added for an additional fee with advance notice.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, including all nine bedrooms, five bathrooms, living and dining areas, full kitchen, home theater, pool-table area, laundry facilities, outdoor patio, private pool and attached spa. Locked owner and supply closets are not accessible to guests.

Registered guests also receive access to Storey Lake Resort amenities, including resort-style pools, a lazy river, waterslides, splash pad, fitness center, sports courts, playgrounds and The Hideaway Club. Certain activities and services, such as mini-golf, kayak rentals, cabanas, food and beverages, may require additional fees.

The Neighborhood:
Located within the gated Storey Lake Resort, this home offers a family-friendly setting near Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld and Central Florida’s most popular attractions.

Registered guests can enjoy resort amenities at The Hideaway Club, including a resort-style pool, lazy river, waterslides, children’s splash pad, fitness center, sports courts, playground, mini-golf, game room, movie theater, and Tiki Bar and Grill. The Target Boulevard amenity complex also offers a community pool, playground and outdoor recreation area closer to the home.

Restaurants, supermarkets, outlet shopping and everyday conveniences are only a short drive away. The property’s location near Osceola Parkway, US Highway 192 and State Road 535 provides convenient access to the theme parks, Disney Springs, Orlando International Airport and other Central Florida destinations.

Community amenities, operating hours, access requirements and fees are managed by Storey Lake Resort and may change.

Getting Around:
A personal or rental vehicle is recommended for visiting the theme parks, restaurants, shopping areas and other Orlando attractions. Storey Lake provides convenient driving access to Osceola Parkway, US Highway 192, State Road 535 and Interstate 4. Uber and Lyft are also widely available.

Guests may park in the home’s driveway or designated community parking areas. Storey Lake allows up to 10 vehicles to be registered for resort entry per reservation; however, this does not guarantee 10 parking spaces at the property. Overflow spaces are unassigned, available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.

Host Interaction:
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
