Welcome to this spacious 6-bedroom, 5-bath ChampionsGate retreat, where three imaginative themed bedrooms, a dedicated kids’ playroom, and a private pool with attached spa turn time at home into part of the vacation.

Designed for families and multigenerational groups, the home offers comfortable king and queen bedrooms for adults, playful spaces for children, and plenty of room to reconnect after exciting days at the parks.

Universal Orlando Resort – approximately 35–45 minutes

Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. Travel times vary by traffic and park entrance.

* Bedroom 3 – King Suite: One king bed, sleeps 2. Private ensuite bathroom.

The private pool, attached spa and patio are reserved exclusively for your group. Pool and spa heating may be requested in advance for an additional fee. Use of the BBQ grill may also require a separate fee.

Registered guests can enjoy access to ChampionsGate’s Oasis and Retreat Clubs. Community amenities and operating hours are managed by the resort and may change.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to community amenities

Located within the gated Retreat at ChampionsGate, this home places your group near Walt Disney World and Central Florida’s leading attractions while surrounding you with resort-style recreation.

With nearby access to US Highway 27 and Interstate 4, the community provides a convenient home base for visiting Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, SeaWorld Orlando, Universal Orlando Resort and the greater Orlando area.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.

Host Interaction:
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
