The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four thoughtfully furnished bedrooms.

The downstairs primary suite features a king-size bed, creating a peaceful retreat after a day at the parks.

Your comfort and safety are our priority. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay by a dedicated housekeeping team following high cleaning standards.

Damage Protection

All reservations require a damage protection option through our secure third-party provider before arrival.

One-night stays

$250 refundable security deposit
Authorization hold only (not charged)
Automatically released after a successful inspection

Stays of two nights or longer
Choose one of the following:

$250 refundable security deposit
or
Non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100)

The damage waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Optional Pool Heating

Pool heating is available for $35 per day.

Please request pool heating at least one week before arrival so we can coordinate setup.

Please note:

Pool temperatures may vary during unusually cold or rainy weather.
The pool is professionally serviced every week.
After heavy rain, natural debris may temporarily enter the pool.
Check-Out

Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Our housekeeping team begins preparing the home immediately after departure for incoming guests.

Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges of up to $300.
