Inside, you’ll find generous living and dining spaces, a full kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to recharge.

Registered guests also receive access to Bella Vida Resort’s community pool, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, sports courts and walking trails.

The private pool and attached hot tub are reserved exclusively for your group.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Registered guests also receive access to Bella Vida Resort amenities, including the community pool and hot tub, clubhouse, fitness center, game room, playground, walking trails and sports courts. Community amenities and operating hours are managed by the resort and may change.

The Neighborhood:
Located within the gated Bella Vida Resort, this home offers a convenient, family-friendly base near Walt Disney World and Central Florida’s leading attractions. The community features a staffed entrance and a Mediterranean-inspired clubhouse with amenities available to registered guests.

Bella Vida’s shared amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness center, community game room, movie theater, cyber café, lounge, playground, basketball and beach-volleyball courts, bocce ball, walking trails, landscaped gardens and more than 15 acres of lakes. Certain activities may require advance reservations or additional fees.

The resort is conveniently located near US Highway 192, with Walmart, supermarkets, restaurants and shopping just a short drive away. Medieval Times, Shingle Creek Regional Park and Old Town Kissimmee are also nearby, while Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Orlando Resort are easily accessible by car.

Community amenities, operating hours and access requirements are managed by Bella Vida Resort and may change.

Getting Around:
A personal or rental vehicle is recommended for visiting the theme parks, restaurants, shopping areas and other Central Florida attractions. Bella Vida Resort is a gated community with a staffed entrance and convenient access to US Highway 192.

The home can accommodate up to four standard passenger vehicles using the garage and driveway. Street parking is not permitted, and vehicles may not park on the grass, block the sidewalk or extend into the roadway. Additional designated parking may be available near the clubhouse, but availability and overnight use must be confirmed in advance.

Commercial vehicles, RVs, buses, trailers, boats and golf carts are not permitted within the community. Vehicles parked in violation of resort rules may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Host Interaction:
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
