The swimming pool and attached spa are private and reserved exclusively for your group. Optional pool and spa heating may be added for an additional fee with advance notice.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to community amenities.

Registered guests receive access to the standard amenities at the Oasis and Retreat clubhouses. Additional fees apply to food and beverages, cabana rentals, golf, private facility rentals, select activities, and other optional purchases. Community amenities, pricing, and availability are managed by the resort and may change without notice.

The Neighborhood:
Located within the gated ChampionsGate Resort, the home offers a family-friendly setting near Walt Disney World and Orlando’s leading attractions.

Registered guests can enjoy two community amenity centers. The Oasis Club features resort pools, a lazy river, water slide, splash area, fitness center, arcade, movie theater, restaurant, and Tiki Bar. A smaller Recreation Complex located closer to the home provides an additional heated pool and a convenient place to relax.

Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, golf courses, and everyday conveniences are available throughout the ChampionsGate area. Nearby US Highway 27 and Interstate 4 provide convenient driving access to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Orlando, Disney Springs, and other Central Florida destinations.

Community amenities and hours are managed by the resort and may change.

Getting Around:
A personal or rental vehicle is recommended for visiting the theme parks, restaurants, shopping areas, and other Orlando attractions. ChampionsGate offers convenient driving access to US Highway 27 and Interstate 4.

Guests may use the unassigned community parking spaces in front of the home, subject to availability. The Master Association permits a maximum of 6 vehicles per reservation.

Host Interaction:
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
