This dog-friendly 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhome accommodates up to 10 guests near Walt Disney World. Enjoy your own private screened pool and integrated jetted pool area, a covered lanai for outdoor dining, and a peaceful poolside setting with no rear neighbors. Inside, an open living area and full kitchen make it easy for families and groups to relax and reconnect.

Registered guests also enjoy access to ChampionsGate’s resort pools, lazy river, water slide, splash area, fitness center, arcade, movie theater, sports courts, and onsite dining.

The private pool is reserved exclusively for your group. Please note that the jetted section is part of the swimming pool and shares the same water temperature.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to community amenities, including community pools, a lazy river, water slide, children’s splash area, fitness center, arcade, movie theater, sports courts, playgrounds, and onsite dining. Resort amenities are managed independently by the community and may be subject to operating hours, maintenance closures, capacity restrictions, or other HOA rules.

The Neighborhood:
Located within The Retreat at ChampionsGate, this townhome offers a family-friendly resort setting near Walt Disney World, championship golf courses, and Central Florida’s leading attractions. The community features controlled gate access, 24-hour security services, landscaped surroundings, and convenient access to the Oasis Club, approximately an eight-minute walk or two-minute drive from the home.

Restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, shopping, and everyday conveniences are available throughout the ChampionsGate area and nearby Posner Park. US Highway 27 and Interstate 4 provide convenient driving access to Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, SeaWorld Orlando, Universal Orlando Resort, and other Central Florida destinations.

Getting Around:
A personal or rental vehicle is recommended for visiting the theme parks, restaurants, shopping areas, golf courses, and other Central Florida attractions. ChampionsGate offers convenient driving access to US Highway 27 and Interstate 4.

The home is located within a gated community with controlled access and security patrols. Every driver and vehicle must be registered before arrival, and unregistered drivers may be denied entry.

Guests may use the unassigned community parking spaces near the townhouse, subject to availability. The home does not have a private garage or exclusive driveway.

Host Interaction:
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
