The Space:
Sun-filled beach days flow into relaxed afternoons beside your private screened pool. The single-story layout makes it easy for everyone to move between the living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, and outdoor patio, whether you are sharing a meal, cooling off in the pool, or unwinding together after exploring Vero Beach.

THE SPACE

This entire single-story home accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. With approximately 1,254 square feet of living space, the home provides a comfortable setting for families and groups who want to stay together while enjoying their own sleeping areas.

Central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable throughout the year, while the main living area offers a convenient place to relax, plan the day’s activities, or spend time together between trips to the beach.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

* Bedroom 1 – King bed, sleeps 2
* Bedroom 2 – Queen-over-queen bunk bed, sleeps 4
* Bedroom 3 – Two double beds, sleeps 4

The sleeping arrangement accommodates up to 10 guests in permanent beds without relying on a sofa bed. Because Bedroom 2 includes an elevated bunk, guests must follow the posted age and weight restrictions and supervise children appropriately.

BATHROOMS

The home includes two full bathrooms, providing added convenience for families and groups preparing for the day or returning from the beach.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The full kitchen offers the essentials for preparing breakfast before the beach, packing snacks for the day, or sharing a relaxed meal at home. Appliances include a refrigerator, electric range, and dishwasher.

The kitchen connects conveniently with the home’s living and dining spaces, allowing the group to spend time together while meals are prepared.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Step outside to enjoy the home’s private screened swimming pool and patio. The screened enclosure creates a comfortable setting for cooling off, relaxing between activities, or winding down in the Florida air after a day at the beach.

The pool is exclusively for your group and is not shared with neighbors or resort guests. Children and guests who cannot swim must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Pool heating is not included unless it is specifically shown as an available amenity in your reservation.

LOCATION AND CONVENIENCE

The home is situated in a residential Vero Beach neighborhood approximately 10 minutes from the beach. Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, downtown Vero Beach, McKee Botanical Garden, and the Indian River Lagoon are also within a convenient drive.

The single-level floor plan eliminates interior stairs, making it easier to move between the bedrooms, common areas, and pool patio. Driveway parking is available on the premises.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the residential Indian River Heights neighborhood, the home provides a convenient base for exploring Vero Beach and Florida’s Treasure Coast. South Beach Park, downtown Vero Beach, McKee Botanical Garden, local restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping are all within a short drive.

Spend the day swimming along the Atlantic coast, exploring tropical gardens, kayaking on the Indian River Lagoon, visiting local museums, or discovering the area’s parks and nature preserves. The location combines a residential setting with convenient access to Vero Beach’s beaches, dining, outdoor recreation, and cultural attractions.

Getting Around:
Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay.
