The Space:

This spacious three-bedroom condo gives families and small groups a comfortable place to recharge while keeping them within convenient driving distance of Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, restaurants, and other Central Florida attractions.

Start the morning with coffee on the covered balcony, prepare breakfast in the full kitchen, and return after a busy day to an inviting living area with plenty of space for everyone.

Living area

The open-concept living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a bright layout designed for spending time together. Whether you are planning the next day’s adventures, watching a movie, or simply taking a break, the space provides a welcoming setting for the entire group.

Central air conditioning and ceiling fans help keep the condo comfortable throughout the year. The living room connects naturally with the dining area and kitchen, creating an easy flow between the main gathering spaces.

Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms:

Primary bedroom: 1 king bed | Sleeps 2
Second bedroom: 1 queen bed | Sleeps 2
Third bedroom: 1 queen bed | Sleeps 2

Each bedroom provides a private place to unwind after a full day exploring Orlando.

The kitchen is equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before the parks to relaxed dinners at home. Appliances and essentials include:

Step outside onto the covered private balcony and take in relaxing views of the surrounding golf course. It is an ideal place to enjoy morning coffee, read in the afternoon, or slow down at the end of the day.

With two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, the condo offers added convenience for groups of up to six guests.

Wi-Fi and workspace

High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected, handle remote work, or plan the next day’s activities.

Community amenities

Guests may purchase RFID cards to access the following eligible Reunion community amenities:

Seven Eagles: Pool, spas, fitness centers, and Linear Park
Homestead: Pool, wading pool, and spa
Carriage Pointe: Pool and spa
Heritage Crossing: Two pools, wading pool, and spa
The Terraces: Pool, spa, gazebo, and pavilion
Liberty Bluff: Playground and dog park
Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and outdoor fitness center

Each RFID card costs $15 and remains active for three days. Cards must be purchased during the stay.

RFID access is limited to the community amenities listed above. Access to Reunion Resort’s water park is not included with this reservation.

Community amenities are independently operated and managed by Reunion. Availability, hours, maintenance, and temporary closures are outside the host’s control and may change without notice.

Golf

Guests may independently arrange tee times at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson golf courses, subject to availability and applicable resort requirements.

Reservations and all associated golf fees are the guest’s responsibility and are not included with the accommodation.

Location

Reunion offers a relaxed residential atmosphere while keeping guests close to Central Florida’s leading attractions.

Walt Disney World is approximately six miles away, while SeaWorld and Universal Studios are within convenient driving distance. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, water parks, airboat tours, and other local activities can also be found nearby.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete and exclusive access to the condo throughout their reservation.

Entry is provided through a smart lock, allowing for convenient self check-in without an in-person key exchange. Free on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles.

Access to eligible community amenities requires the purchase of a $15 RFID card. Each card expires after three days and does not provide entry to Reunion Resort’s water park.

The Neighborhood:
Reunion is a beautifully maintained gated golf community known for its scenic landscaping, peaceful residential surroundings, and convenient location near Orlando’s attractions.

Many residents live in the community full-time, and golf carts frequently share the roads. Guests must observe the posted 25 mph speed limit and remain alert while driving through the neighborhood.

Dining options are available within and around Reunion. Additional restaurants, shops, family attractions, water parks, airboat experiences, and other Central Florida activities can be found just beyond the community!

Getting Around:
A vehicle is recommended for visiting the theme parks, restaurants, grocery stores, and other nearby attractions.

The community has a gated entrance monitored by security personnel 24 hours a day. Complimentary parking is available in the parking lot for up to two vehicles.

Host Interaction:
The condo offers convenient self check-in and self check-out. Although our team will not be present at the property, we remain available through the booking platform’s messaging system to answer questions and provide assistance whenever possible.

This is a self-catering vacation home, allowing guests to enjoy the condo independently and at their own pace. :)

Other Notes:
Professional cleaning

The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between reservations. Our cleaning team follows detailed preparation procedures before every guest’s arrival.

Damage protection

All reservations require damage protection, which must be completed through our third-party system before arrival.

For one-night reservations:

A refundable $500 security deposit is required. This is processed as a preauthorized hold rather than a charge and is released after checkout, provided the inspection confirms that no damage occurred.

For reservations of two nights or longer:

Guests may choose between:

A refundable $500 security deposit
A nonrefundable damage waiver of $20 per night, capped at $100

The damage waiver provides coverage for qualifying accidental damage beyond ordinary wear and tear.

Checkout policy

Checkout is at 10:00 a.m. Housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly after departure so the condo can be prepared for the next reservation.

Unauthorized late departures can disrupt the cleaning schedule and affect incoming guests. Remaining in the property beyond the confirmed checkout time may result in a fee of up to $300.

Starter supplies

This is a self-catering property. A limited quantity of essential items is provided for arrival, but supplies are not replenished during the stay.

Each bathroom includes:

Shampoo and conditioner
Body wash
Hand soap
One roll of toilet paper

The laundry area includes enough detergent pods for up to two loads.

The kitchen includes:

One roll of paper towels
A limited number of trash bags
Dishwashing detergent
