The Space:

From the moment you walk in, the home feels bright, spacious, and polished, with beautiful marble flooring throughout and comfortable spaces where everyone can spread out and relax. Whether you’re starting the morning with breakfast before heading to the parks or coming home for a laid-back evening after a full Disney day, you’ll have everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms, including fun themed spaces that younger travelers will love.

Bedroom 1:
Comfortable sleeping space for up to 2 guests.

Bedroom 2:
Comfortable sleeping space for up to 2 guests.

Bedroom 3:
Sleeps 2 guests with two twin beds.

The kids’ spaces bring a little extra personality to the home, including a playful themed bedroom and an Avengers-inspired room that makes bedtime part of the vacation fun. When it’s time for a break from the parks, head to the game room for foosball and arcade games. It’s a great spot for kids to play, adults to unwind, or the whole family to enjoy a little friendly competition.

The fully equipped kitchen gives you the flexibility to cook at home, prepare quick breakfasts before heading out, or keep everyone’s favorite snacks on hand. You’ll also have an in-home washer and dryer, making longer stays and family trips much easier.

Guest Access:
The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay, with convenient self check-in so you can arrive and settle in on your own schedule. Guests who would like to enjoy the Seven Eagles community amenities can purchase an RFID access card for access to:

- Community Pool & Spa: Enjoy a relaxing afternoon by the shared community pool or unwind at the spa after a busy park day.
- Fitness Room: Keep up with your routine without leaving the community.

Walking & Jogging Paths: Enjoy a morning walk or evening stroll around the neighborhood.

RFID access cards are currently $15 per card and can be purchased through Reunion Security. Guests may purchase as many cards as needed and are responsible for the cost of any cards they choose to purchase.

Please note that the home does not have a private pool. The pool and spa mentioned above are shared Seven Eagles community amenities. Access to Reunion Resort’s other private or members-only facilities is not included with this reservation.

The Neighborhood:
Located inside the gated Reunion Resort community in Kissimmee, this home puts you close to Orlando’s biggest attractions while giving you a quieter place to come home to at the end of the day. Reunion is known for its beautifully maintained grounds, golf-course surroundings, and relaxed resort atmosphere, making it a great home base for families visiting Central Florida.
When you’re not at the theme parks, enjoy the community amenities, spend some time at home in the game room, or head to nearby ChampionsGate for restaurants, groceries, coffee, shopping, and everyday essentials.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around and making the most of everything the area has to offer.

- Walt Disney World®: Approximately 15–20 minutes away.
- Universal Orlando & SeaWorld: Approximately 25–30 minutes away.
- ChampionsGate: Just a few minutes away for restaurants, groceries, shopping, and everyday essentials.
- Orlando International Airport (MCO): Approximately 35–40 minutes away.

No Private Pool: This home does not have a private pool or spa. The pool and spa available to guests are shared Seven Eagles community amenities and require a separately purchased RFID access card.

RFID Amenity Access: An RFID access card is required to use applicable Seven Eagles community amenities. Cards are currently $15 each and are purchased separately by the guest through Reunion Security. This fee is set by the community and may be subject to change.

Community Hours: Community pools close at sunset. Amenity hours, availability, access requirements, and community policies are determined by Reunion Resort and may be subject to change.

Arrival at Reunion: Upon arrival, guests must provide the address of the home they are staying at, and present a valid ID.

Reunion Resort Amenities: Your RFID card provides access only to eligible Seven Eagles community amenities. It does not provide access to Reunion Resort’s other private or members-only facilities.
