The Space:
Morning light spills across the Roaring Fork River, its gentle rush echoing through the chalet’s expansive windows. The wrap‑around balcony invites you to breathe in crisp mountain air as alpine wildflowers begin to bloom along the riverbank. Inside, the fireplace offers a warm glow for evenings when the peaks still wear a dusting of snow, while the high ceilings and glass walls keep the fresh spring atmosphere alive throughout the home.

Sleeping arrangements
Five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms sleep up to 13 guests. Bedroom 1 – Primary: King size bed with an ensuite bathroom and stand‑alone shower. Bedroom 2: King size bed sharing a hallway bathroom with Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3: Queen size bed sharing the same hallway bathroom with Bedroom 2. Bedroom 4: Double size bed and three twin size beds with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 5: Two twin size beds with an ensuite bathroom. Each bathroom features a stand‑alone shower for privacy.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining table where you can enjoy shared breakfasts or relaxed dinners after a day on the slopes or trails. The space is designed for easy meal preparation and casual conversation, with all essential appliances and cookware at hand.

Outdoor living
The balcony and patio trace the home’s perimeter, offering uninterrupted views of the river and surrounding mountains. A gas BBQ grill stands ready for year‑round grilling, while the private path to the river provides a peaceful spot to sit, fish, or simply watch the water flow beneath budding trees.

Comfort & conveniences
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans let you tailor the indoor climate to spring’s variable weather. An indoor fireplace adds cozy ambience for cooler evenings. Washer and dryer access simplify longer stays, and self check‑in via keypad ensures a smooth arrival. Housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee with advance notice.

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
