The Space:
Four days of theme parks hit differently when you have a private pool waiting at home. This Solterra Resort townhouse gives groups of up to 8 a comfortable, well-equipped base in Davenport - close enough to Central Florida's biggest attractions to make every day count, and spacious enough that evenings in feel just as good as the days out.

Living space
Two separate living areas give the group room to spread out without getting in each other's way. Flat-screen TVs, a game room with a ping pong table, and ceiling fans throughout keep things relaxed between outings. Air conditioning and heating mean the interior stays comfortable regardless of the weather outside.

Sleeping arrangements
The four bedrooms are spread across two floors and configured to suit a range of group makeups. On the ground floor, one bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom, and another has a king bed with an attached bathroom. Upstairs, a third bedroom has two twin beds with an attached bathroom & a fourth has a king bed with an attached bathroom. With 3.5 bathrooms across the home, mornings run smoothly for the whole group.

Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee maker - along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you choose how and where the group eats. A dedicated workspace and high-speed wifi are available for anyone who needs to stay connected during the stay.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private pool and spa on the patio - a natural gathering spot after a long day out. Pool heat is available for an additional fee. The backyard includes outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, giving the group a comfortable place to spend time outdoors at their own pace.

Resort access
As a Solterra Resort property, guests have access to the community's amenities, which include a resort-style pool with water slide, lazy river, poolside cafe, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and recreational areas. Fees may apply.

Location
The home sits in Davenport with easy access to Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other Central Florida attractions. Disney Springs and Old Town are a short drive away for dining and shopping, and local restaurants and boulevards are nearby for everyday needs.

Please note: We provide the grill, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used.

Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway.

The Solterra Resort Amenities include Resort Style Pool with Water Slide, Lazy River, Poolside Cafe, Fitness Center, Playground, Tennis and Volleyball Courts, and Recreational Area.

Located in Davenport, this home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort.

Getting Around:
Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 10 minutes away.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:
- 1-Night stays: $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).
- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.
Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.

If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
