With Disney just moments away and a gated setting surrounded by a conservation area, your stay balances excitement with calm. The space This entire townhouse is designed for groups who want shared moments and personal space. The home features four bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, making it easy for everyone to settle in comfortably. A downstairs master bedroom offers a separate entry, ideal for added privacy, while an upstairs master suite opens to a private balcony where you can unwind at the end of the day. Secondary bedrooms feature Disney-style decor and twin beds, creating a playful setting for younger guests. Sleeping arrangements You will find two master bedrooms with queen beds, along with additional bedrooms furnished with twin beds. The layout works well for families and mixed-age groups, offering flexibility without crowding. Kitchen and dining The full kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners at home. There is space to cook your own meals and gather around the dining table for shared conversations before heading out or winding down for the night. Outdoor and community amenities Step outside to enjoy the patio or balcony, or fire up the BBQ grill for an easy evening meal. Perfect for Families, Disney-focused trips, and longer stays looking for space, shared amenities, and a comfortable home base near the parks.During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities. You can park up to 3 vehicles in the street in front of the property, there's a fee of $20.00 per vehicle coming to the property, this fee is for the car pass emission + resort fee.
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious gated & guarded community located on Disney's doorstep. Surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community.

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this 'island' serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination has to offer. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!

In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for bugs, however, everything outside of that is beyond our control. Mosquitoes are sometimes unavoidable (we know, lame) – please remember to pack mosquito spray.
Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored.)

There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.

We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests at any given time. It’s for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners 🙂

The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property.

Please note that we welcome children of all ages but wanted to make sure you’re aware that the home is NOT baby-proofed.

No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (3) per reservation. Up to (3) cars may park in the parking lot near the property.

Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!

Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.

No fireworks of any kind.

No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.

Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.

Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.

Report damages immediately.

We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your booking conditions?

When you book with us, you pay a 30 percent deposit to secure your booking and dates.

The remaining balance is due one week before arrival or immediately when booking within one week of arrival.

On the day you check in, a security deposit is held in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The amount will depend on which property you have booked. The money is simply reserved, so nothing is taken from your account, and then released after departure. There is nothing you need to do.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Our refund policies vary depending on what property you have booked. Please check what the refund policy is on your personal booking. At Fresh Air, we understand that things happen or plans change, so we always try to be as flexible as possible.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! Many of our homes are pet-friendly!

Are you child-friendly?

Yes. Many of our properties are perfect for families, with games rooms, children’s bedrooms, large gardens and outside play equipment.

What time is check-in and check-out?

For most of our properties, check-in is 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. However, you’ll get the option to request an earlier check-in or later check-out if it’s possible. This depends on when other guests are staying and cleaning.
