Sleeping arrangements
Four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms provide comfortable rest for up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom holds a queen bed, the third a second queen, and the fourth a pair of twin beds. Three full bathrooms ensure mornings run smoothly, no matter the size of your group.

A pack ‘n play is available for younger guests, and the open layout gives children plenty of room to play. The neighborhood’s quiet streets add a sense of calm, while still being close to local attractions.

Just three miles from the beach, you can reach the sand in minutes for a day of sun and surf. Seminole City Park lies 1.5 miles away, offering trails and picnic spots. St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport is only 3.5 miles from the home, making arrivals and departures convenient.

Your furry companions are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy the retreat together.During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway.

Our home is strategically located near everything you need. It is just a short drive from the pristine Gulf beaches, allowing for easy access to a coastal lifestyle. The area is also well-connected to major roads like Park Boulevard, making it easy to get around Pinellas County.
You will have convenient access to a variety of shopping and dining options. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, and a modern shopping center nearby. Grocery stores like Publix and Winn-Dixie are also in close proximity.
Driving is the most convenient and common way to get around Seminole and the wider Pinellas County area. The property is well-connected to major roads like Park Boulevard, which runs east-to-west, and Seminole Boulevard, which provides a key north-to-south route. This makes it easy to reach beaches, shopping, and neighboring cities.
Uber/Lyft are readily available and can be a good alternative. Biking is a good option for shorter distances and recreational purposes, the Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail is a major multi-use path that runs for 75 miles through Pinellas County. You can easily rent bikes from local shops and use the trail to explore different communities and access cafes, shops, and parks.
Taxis are also an option, though they are generally less common than rideshare services in the area.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather, we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. There is a coffee maker; however, coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.

There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.
We can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests at any given time. It’s for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners 🙂
We do not provide propane for the grill. Feel free to pick up a new tank or exchange the existing empty tank(s) at a nearby store or gas station if you plan on grilling at the house.
Please note that we welcome children of all ages but wanted to make sure you’re aware that the home is NOT baby-proofed.

Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
Up to two (3) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don’t park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle.
Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!
Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 9am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored.
No fireworks of any kind.
No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.
Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.

We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
When you book with us, you pay a 30 percent deposit to secure your booking and dates.
The remaining balance is due one week before arrival or immediately when booking within one week of arrival.
On the day you check in, a security deposit is held in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The amount will depend on which property you have booked. The money is simply reserved, so nothing is taken from your account, and then released after departure. There is nothing you need to do.

Yes. Many of our properties are perfect for families, with games rooms, children’s bedrooms, large gardens and outside play equipment.
For most of our properties, check-in is 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. However, you’ll get the option to request an earlier check-in or later check-out if it’s possible. This depends on when other guests are staying and cleaning.
