Cleaning & Preparation The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Pool & Spa Heating Pool and spa heating is available for $35/day and must be requested in advance (preferably at least one week before arrival). Please note that weather conditions may affect pool temperature. Damage Protection A damage protection option is required: 1-night stays: $500 refundable deposit (hold only) 2+ nights: choose between deposit or $20/night damage waiver (max $100) Check-Out Policy Check-out is at 10 AM. Late departures may incur fees of up to $300 due to scheduling impacts. Supplies This is a self-catering home. Starter supplies are provided, including: Toiletries (1 set per bathroom) Limited laundry detergent (up to 2 loads) Kitchen essentials (paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, sponge) Guests are responsible for additional supplies during their stay.
