The entire home is located on one level, making it easy for your group to move between the bedrooms, shared living spaces, and backyard. The private pool and outdoor areas are reserved exclusively for your group. Pool heating is available upon request and may require an additional fee.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet residential area of Vero Beach South, the home provides a relaxed setting with convenient driving access to the best of Florida’s Treasure Coast. The Atlantic shoreline and public beach accesses are approximately 15 minutes away, making it easy to enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and peaceful days by the ocean.

Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, golf courses, parks, and everyday conveniences are available nearby. Guests can also explore downtown Vero Beach, the Indian River Lagoon, local botanical gardens, museums, nature preserves, and waterfront dining throughout the area.

Getting Around:
A personal or rental vehicle is recommended for exploring Vero Beach, including the Atlantic beaches, downtown, restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and the Indian River Lagoon. The home offers convenient driving access to US Highway 1, and the beach is approximately 15 minutes away under normal traffic conditions.

Host Interaction:
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
