Does this apply if I am a broker, not an agent?
Yes. The program is open to Florida-licensed agents, brokers, and qualified referral partners. Email growth@bluegemsmgmt.com if you are unsure whether you qualify.
What if my client already reached out to Blue Gems?
Retroactive referrals are not accepted. Email us at growth@bluegemsmgmt.com with your client's name before they make contact. That one email locks in your fee.
When and how do I get paid?
Your fee is deposited directly to your US bank account within 5 business days of the referred property going live. You provide bank details once during onboarding. No invoice required.
Can I refer properties outside of Orlando?
Yes. Blue Gems operates in the Disney and Kissimmee corridor, Clearwater and Tampa, and Vero Beach. Properties in those markets qualify.
What happens if the same client refers more properties later?
Each property generates its own fee. Our team will walk you through the details on your onboarding call.
Is the RE Sessions mixer only for registered partners?
