When you’re not exploring the theme parks, enjoy the resort’s tropical pool complex with a heated pool, lazy river, waterslide, and zero-entry area, plus a fitness center, clubhouse, dining, and more. It’s a family-friendly home base where park days and resort days can both be part of the vacation.

Please note that Regal Palms charges a mandatory daily resort amenity fee, paid directly to the resort at check-in.

With three bathrooms and sleeping arrangements spread across three bedrooms and the downstairs living area, everyone has a little more room to settle in after a busy day.

The home gives you the flexibility to slow things down between park days, enjoy meals together, or simply have a comfortable place for everyone to recharge before the next adventure. Whether your plans include early mornings at Disney, afternoons floating along the resort lazy river, or relaxed evenings back at the townhouse, this home makes an easy base for your Central Florida vacation.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire townhouse during their stay. The home offers convenient keypad entry, allowing for easy access once your resort check-in requirements have been completed.

Regal Palms is a gated resort community with a 24-hour front desk. Guests are required to complete the resort’s check-in process and pay the applicable resort amenity fee directly to Regal Palms. The resort fee provides access to community amenities including:

- Lazy River
Slow things down and float your way around one of Regal Palms’ signature family amenities.

Regal Palms also offers on-site food and beverage options, including Frankie Farrell’s Pub & Grille and a seasonal poolside tiki bar.
- Spa
Spa and wellness services are available on-site for guests looking to add a little relaxation to their vacation. Spa treatments and services may carry separate charges.

The Neighborhood:
The townhouse is located inside Regal Palms Resort in Davenport, a popular Central Florida vacation area that gives families convenient access to Orlando’s attractions while offering plenty to do without leaving the resort.

Regal Palms sits beside Highlands Reserve Golf Club and features its own tropical-style recreation complex, making it easy to build both theme park days and slower resort days into your trip. Everyday essentials are also conveniently nearby. Berry Town Center is located just outside the resort area, giving you easy access to groceries, restaurants, and other necessities during your stay.

Whether you’re heading out for a full day of rides and characters or staying closer to home for a lazy-river afternoon, the location gives you plenty of flexibility throughout your vacation.

Getting Around:
A car is strongly recommended for exploring Central Florida. The home is conveniently located for trips to the Walt Disney World Resort area as well as Orlando’s other theme parks, attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

- Groceries & Everyday Essentials: Berry Town Center is conveniently located near the resort, with a Publix supermarket and other shops and dining options nearby.
- Theme Parks: Walt Disney World and the surrounding theme park corridor are within driving distance, making the home a convenient base for park days.
- Shopping & Dining: You’ll find everyday dining and shopping options nearby, with additional shopping available throughout Davenport, ChampionsGate, and the greater Orlando area.

- Parking: The driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles when parked appropriately. Street parking is NOT available, so please plan accordingly if your group will be arriving in multiple vehicles.

Other Notes:
- Resort Amenity Fee:
Regal Palms currently charges a mandatory resort amenity fee of $20 per day, plus applicable tax, per reservation. This fee is separate from your booking total and must be paid directly to Regal Palms upon arrival. The resort controls this fee and it may be subject to change.

- Resort Check-In & Incidental Hold:
Regal Palms currently requires a $100 incidental hold on a credit card at check-in related to the return of resort wristbands and pool towel cards.
The hold is released after checkout once the applicable resort items have been returned, subject to Regal Palms’ policies.

- Pet-Friendly:
Pets are welcome at this home with an additional pet fee. Please review the applicable pet fee and requirements before bringing a pet.

- Air Conditioning: For proper operation of the home’s AC system, the thermostat should not be set below 73°F.

- Parking:
The driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles. Street parking is not available.

- Resort Amenities:
The pool, lazy river, waterslide, fitness center, clubhouse, spa, dining, and other resort facilities are shared community amenities and are not private amenities of the home. Amenity hours, availability, rules, fees, and services are controlled by Regal Palms and may change.
