The Space:
There’s room for everyone to settle in, recharge, and enjoy their own version of vacation at this spacious Davenport home.

The kitchen is at the heart of the house, with plenty of room to cook, prep snacks for the parks, or gather for an easy dinner at home. The living and dining spaces make it easy to spend time together without giving up the comfort of having your own space.

Five bedrooms give the group plenty of flexibility, including two fun themed rooms designed with younger travelers in mind.

When you’re ready for a slower day, step outside and enjoy your own private pool. No park schedule, no rushing out the door, just a Florida afternoon at home.
Your stay also puts you inside Solterra Resort, so you can mix private pool days with resort days whenever the mood strikes.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the home and private pool during their stay, along with the option to enjoy Solterra Resort’s shared amenities.
The resort offers a heated zero-entry pool, lazy river, waterslide, Jacuzzi spa, fitness center, playground, tennis, pickleball and volleyball courts, plus Café Sol for food and drinks.
Access to the resort amenities requires a one-time fee paid directly at the Solterra clubhouse:
- Up to 12 guests — $35 + tax
- 13 guests or more — $45 + tax

The fee covers the entire group for the full stay and is not charged per person or per day. Children are included in the guest count. Payment is made by card or tap at the clubhouse; cash is not accepted.

The Neighborhood:
Welcome to Solterra Resort, a gated vacation community in Davenport that gives you the best of both worlds: your own private home and pool, plus resort-style amenities when you want them.

When it’s time to explore, Walt Disney World is approximately 20 minutes away, Universal Orlando is around 30 minutes away, and LEGOLAND Florida is about 25 minutes away. For groceries, shopping, restaurants, and everyday essentials, Posner Park is approximately 10 minutes from the resort.

It’s an easy home base for days packed with Orlando adventures, with your own pool waiting when you get back.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for exploring Davenport and the Orlando area.

- Walt Disney World Resort — 20 minutes
- Universal Orlando Resort — 30 minutes
- LEGOLAND Florida Resort — 25 minutes
- Posner Park shopping & dining — 10 minutes

Drive times are approximate and may vary with traffic, particularly around the theme parks and during peak travel periods.

Other Notes:
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Pets are not permitted at this property.
- One parking space is available directly in front of the home.
- An exterior security camera is located at the front door.
- Solterra Resort amenities are optional and require a one-time fee paid directly to the resort: $35 + tax for groups of up to 12 guests or $45 + tax for groups of 13 or more. The fee covers the entire party for the duration of the stay.

**** Please note that the Solterra clubhouse pool and lazy river are currently undergoing scheduled improvements and are expected to reopen around December 14, 2026. This temporary closure is managed by the resort, and the reopening date may change.
