With 6.5 bathrooms throughout the home, guests have plenty of space to prepare for the day and unwind after visiting the parks.

Living areas and game room
The downstairs living area provides a central gathering place for relaxing, watching TV, or planning the next day’s activities.
A separate game room offers another entertainment option for children and adults. TVs are available throughout the home, while central air conditioning and heating help maintain a comfortable indoor environment year-round.

Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space, and the essentials needed to prepare everyday meals.

The open connection between the kitchen and dining spaces makes it easy to prepare food while remaining part of the group. Indoor and outdoor dining areas offer flexible settings for breakfast, family dinners, and takeout nights.

Whether you are starting the day with coffee, cooling off after an outing, or relaxing in the evening, the outdoor space provides a comfortable extension of the home.

A BBQ grill is also available for outdoor meals.

Pool and spa heating are optional and available for $35 per day for the entire reservation. Advance notice and timely payment are required.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and its private amenities, except for any clearly marked owner or maintenance areas.

Optional access to select Reunion community amenities is available with the purchase of an RFID card.

Eligible amenities include:

Seven Eagles: Pool, spas, fitness centers, and Linear Park
Homestead: Pool, wading pool, and spa
Carriage Pointe: Pool and spa
Heritage Crossing: Two pools, wading pool, and spa
The Terraces: Pool, spa, gazebo, and pavilion
Liberty Bluff: Playground and dog park
Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and outdoor fitness center

Each RFID card costs $15 and remains active for three days. Cards must be purchased during the stay.

RFID access applies only to the community amenities listed above. This reservation does not include Reunion’s water park, Encore amenities, or Encore wristbands.

Community amenities are independently managed by Reunion. Availability, operating hours, policies, maintenance, and temporary closures may change without notice.

Golf
Guests may independently arrange tee times at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson golf courses, subject to availability and applicable requirements.

Reservations and all associated fees are the guest’s responsibility and are not included with the accommodation.

The Neighborhood:
Reunion is a gated residential and vacation community known for its golf courses, landscaped surroundings, restaurants, and relaxed atmosphere.

Many residents live in the community full-time, and golf carts frequently share the roads. Please observe the posted 25 mph speed limit and drive carefully.

Beyond the community, guests will find restaurants, shopping, water parks, airboat tours, and other Central Florida experiences. Orlando’s theme parks and attractions are also within convenient driving distance.

Getting Around:
A personal or rental vehicle is recommended for visiting the theme parks, restaurants, shopping areas, golf courses, and other attractions.

The community has a gated entrance monitored by security personnel 24 hours a day.

The driveway accommodates up to two vehicles parked side by side. Please follow all posted community parking rules and avoid blocking sidewalks, roadways, or neighboring properties.

Host Interaction:
The home offers convenient self check-in and self check-out. Although our team will not be present at the property, we remain available through the booking platform’s messaging system to answer questions and assist whenever possible.

This is a self-catering vacation home, allowing guests to enjoy the property independently and at their own pace.

Other Notes:
Professional cleaning

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between reservations. Our cleaning team follows established preparation procedures before every arrival.

Damage protection

All reservations require damage protection, processed through our third-party system before arrival.

For one-night reservations:

A refundable $500 security deposit is required. This is processed as a preauthorized hold rather than a charge and is released following a damage-free checkout inspection.

For reservations of two nights or longer:

Guests may choose between:

A refundable $500 security deposit

A nonrefundable damage waiver of $20 per night, capped at $100

The waiver covers qualifying accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Deposit authorization holds expire after seven days. For longer stays, the initial hold is released on day six and reauthorized to maintain continuous coverage.

Optional pool and spa heating

Pool and spa heating are available for $35 per day and must be added for the entire reservation.

Please request heating within 48 hours of booking and at least one week before check-in. Payment must also be completed at least one week before arrival. Requests or payments received after this deadline cannot be guaranteed.

Outdoor weather conditions may affect the water temperature, and a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Checkout policy

Checkout is at 10:00 a.m. Housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly after departure so the home can be prepared for the next reservation.

Unauthorized late departures can disrupt the cleaning schedule and affect incoming guests. Remaining in the property beyond the confirmed checkout time may result in a fee of up to $300.

Starter supplies

This is a self-catering home. A limited quantity of essential supplies is provided for arrival, but items are not replenished during the reservation.

Each bathroom includes:

Body wash

Hand soap

One roll of toilet paper

The laundry area includes enough detergent pods for up to two loads.

The kitchen includes:

A limited number of trash bags

Dishwashing detergent
