Sleeping arrangements Three spacious bedrooms hold six beds, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. Two full bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water, offering convenience for families or groups traveling together. Living areas The family room centers on a flat‑screen TV and ample seating, perfect for unwinding after a theme‑park adventure. Air conditioning and heating keep the indoor climate comfortable year‑round. A free washer and free dryer in the unit make it easy to refresh clothing during longer stays. Kitchen & dining A large kitchen provides a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and cooking basics, giving you the option to prepare meals at home. Storey Lake Resort is a gated master-planned resort community that offers convenient access to everything from fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations all within a short distance drive. The community clubhouse offers a community swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf.

Renting a car is the best way to get around and explore Orlando/Kissimmee. You'll have free parking when booking our property.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!

We do welcome furry friends! However, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is REQUIRED. We allow UP TO (1) one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). A pet fee and $150 security deposit is required.

What are your booking conditions?

When you book with us, you pay a 30 percent deposit to secure your booking and dates.

The remaining balance is due one week before arrival or immediately when booking within one week of arrival.

On the day you check in, a security deposit is held in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The amount will depend on which property you have booked. The money is simply reserved, so nothing is taken from your account, and then released after departure. There is nothing you need to do.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Our refund policies vary depending on what property you have booked. Please check what the refund policy is on your personal booking. At Fresh Air, we understand that things happen or plans change, so we always try to be as flexible as possible.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! Many of our homes are pet-friendly!

Are you child-friendly?

Yes. Many of our properties are perfect for families, with games rooms, children’s bedrooms, large gardens and outside play equipment.

What time is check-in and check-out?

For most of our properties, check-in is 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. However, you’ll get the option to request an earlier check-in or later check-out if it’s possible. This depends on when other guests are staying and cleaning.
