Soft morning light filters across the private pool as you step outside, the calm Florida air inviting you to ease into the day. Inside, the spacious living area offers a comfortable place to gather between adventures, with room for everyone to unwind. Whether you're planning full days at nearby theme parks or quiet evenings at home, the setting is designed to let you move effortlessly from one moment to the next. Sleeping arrangements Five bedrooms provide space for groups of up to 15 guests. On the main floor, the downstairs master features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom also offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms include queen beds, one with its own ensuite bathroom. The fifth bedroom features two twin bunk beds and two full beds, creating a flexible setup that sleeps six. Every room is designed to give you a comfortable retreat after exploring the area. Outdoor living A private pool sits just outside, offering a refreshing place to relax throughout the day. Pool loungers provide a spot to stretch out between swims, and the covered outdoor area gives you space to spend time together in the warm Central Florida climate. Guests also have access to Solterra Resort amenities, including a resort style pool with water slide, cabanas, a lazy river, a poolside cafe, a fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and recreational areas. Indoor spaces The living area is arranged for easy gathering, with a flat screen TV and ample seating for the whole group. The full kitchen includes the essentials for preparing meals, along with stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to cook and serve. A dedicated workspace and reliable wifi make it simple to stay connected when needed, and the washer and dryer offer added convenience during longer stays. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and allows guests to prepare breakfast before heading out or enjoy relaxed evenings after a day in Orlando. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces give you options for sharing meals together in whichever setting feels best at the moment. Resort and neighborhood Located in Solterra Resort, the home places you within a short drive of major attractions. Disney is about 25 minutes away, Universal Studios about 30 minutes, and SeaWorld about 25 minutes. The surrounding area offers outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours, along with easy access to popular destinations like Walt Disney World Resort, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. Perfect for families and groups With its spacious layout, private pool, and access to resort amenities, the home supports both active days and relaxed downtime. Smart lock self check-in, free parking, and a single level layout add ease to your stay, while features like a pack 'n play and safe make the space feel thoughtful for families. Throughout your visit, you can settle into a home that offers comfort, convenience, and a welcoming place to return to after exploring Central Florida.During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used. Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on your agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are also must-see destinations. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours.

Kissimmee Station - 22 min drive Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) - 27 min drive Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!

Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it..) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!

Our grills are propane grills, please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot promise there will be propane in the tank upon arrival so please plan accordingly!

There is absolutely...

There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.

We can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests at any given time. It’s for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners 🙂

The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property.

No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (4) per reservation. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway. There is additional parking spots on the street next to the home (these are not reserved for the home and we can not guarantee their availability). Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.

Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!

Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.

No fireworks of any kind.

No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.

Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.

Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of could result in fines up to $300.

Report damages immediately.

We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your booking conditions?

When you book with us, you pay a 30 percent deposit to secure your booking and dates.

The remaining balance is due one week before arrival or immediately when booking within one week of arrival.

On the day you check in, a security deposit is held in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The amount will depend on which property you have booked. The money is simply reserved, so nothing is taken from your account, and then released after departure. There is nothing you need to do.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Our refund policies vary depending on what property you have booked. Please check what the refund policy is on your personal booking. At Fresh Air, we understand that things happen or plans change, so we always try to be as flexible as possible.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! Many of our homes are pet-friendly!

Are you child-friendly?

Yes. Many of our properties are perfect for families, with games rooms, children’s bedrooms, large gardens and outside play equipment.

What time is check-in and check-out?

For most of our properties, check-in is 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. However, you’ll get the option to request an earlier check-in or later check-out if it’s possible. This depends on when other guests are staying and cleaning.
