You step onto a private villa tucked inside a gated community that borders the Disney parks, and the bold modern design instantly feels both upscale and inviting. While the villa’s patio is yours alone, the community offers a sparkling outdoor pool, fitness center, volleyball and tennis courts, as well as a restaurant, grocery, and ticket stores. Access to the pool and gym incurs a $100 + taxes fee per group per day; the concierge can arrange the amenity key card for you.

In the heart of Orlando, where theme park enchantment, upscale shopping and vibrant dining intersect, a tranquil oasis redefines the hospitality landscape. Just 2 minutes away from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, that means being right in the heart of the magic!
There is a shuttle upon request at concierge with a fee. Vehicles are also very helpful to get around!
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
