Parking includes space for two vehicles in the driveway, plus limited street parking in front of the home. Please note: the garage is used as a game room, so covered parking is not available.
Cleaning Standards The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay to ensure a high level of comfort and hygiene. Damage Protection All reservations require one of the following: 1-night stays: $500 refundable security hold 2+ nights: choose between the deposit or a $20/night damage waiver (max $100) Pool Use Pool heating is available upon request. During colder or rainy weather, pool temperature and clarity may be affected. The pool is serviced weekly. Check-Out Policy Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in fees of up to $300 due to cleaning schedule disruptions. Supplies This is a self-catering property. Starter supplies are provided, including: Toiletries (per bathroom) Limited laundry detergent (up to 2 loads) Kitchen basics (paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, sponge) Coffee is not included, but a coffee maker is available.
