The Space:
Step outside your everyday routine and into a sun-drenched Florida escape where the pace slows down and the days are yours to shape. A private pool glimmers in the backyard, the screened patio hums with birdsong, and the smell of a charcoal grill hangs in the warm summer air. South Beach, McKee Botanical Gardens, and downtown Vero Beach are all within a short drive - leaving you free to explore or simply stay put and let the poolside life take over.

The living space
Bright and open, the main living area is arranged for easy togetherness - generous seating for the whole group, a Smart TV for movie nights, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Ceiling fans keep the air moving, and the air conditioning ensures the home stays cool no matter how warm it gets outside. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and a washer and dryer round out the everyday comforts. The home is single-level with a private entrance, and the driveway accommodates up to two vehicles at no charge.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 7 guests across four beds. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has its own ensuite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, with shared access to a hallway bathroom. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer - and the master bath includes a bathtub for a proper soak after a beach day.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for home-cooked meals - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with cooking basics, a full set of dishes and silverware, a blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and a coffee maker. A baking sheet and barbecue utensils are on hand too. Pull up a chair at the dining table and make the most of meals together, whether it's a quick breakfast before heading out or a full dinner after a day in the sun.

Outdoor living
The private pool is the centerpiece of the fenced backyard - ready for a refreshing swim, a lazy float, or a poolside afternoon with nowhere to be. The fully screened-in patio wraps around the space with comfortable lounge seating, keeping the bugs out while letting the Florida air in. A charcoal BBQ grill makes it easy to cook al fresco, and the home comes stocked with beach essentials - including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you can head straight to the sand without a supply run.

For families
Little ones are well looked after here. The home includes children's books, toys, and dinnerware, so families with young kids can settle in without hunting down extras.

Location
Tucked into a quiet, friendly neighborhood, the home puts you close to everything Vero Beach has to offer. McKee Botanical Gardens is about 7 minutes away - a lush and peaceful spot worth a morning visit. Downtown Vero Beach is roughly 8 minutes out, and the beach is around a 13-minute drive. It's a calm base with easy access to the coast, nature, and local dining whenever you're ready to venture out.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
Roughly a 13-min drive to the beach - 7-min to McKee Botanical Gardens - 8-min to Downtown Vero Beach

Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood where everyone tends to keep to themselves. There is an older pup next door that you'll hear bark to say 'hello' from time to time. You'll have the driveway to park, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles.

Getting Around:
Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Feel free to contact us through the Airbnb messaging app :)

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

Pool Safety & Liability Waiver
By booking and staying at this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk.
There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in or around the pool.
No diving, running, roughhousing, or glass containers are permitted in the pool area.
Guests assume full responsibility for any injury, accident, loss, or damage resulting from the use of the pool, except where caused by the property owner's or manager's negligence or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Guests agree to use the pool responsibly and comply with all posted pool rules. Failure to do so may result in the termination of pool access without refund.

By confirming your reservation and accessing the pool, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Pool Safety & Liability Rules.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
