Spend the day by your private pool, challenge the family to games, practice your putt, let the kids take over the playground, or head inside for pool, arcade games and more. With 5 bedrooms, a one-of-a-kind bunk room, and plenty of space to gather, this is the kind of place where staying home can be just as fun as exploring Clearwater.

The Space:
Vacation starts the moment you walk in. This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home was custom-designed for families and groups who want more than just a place to sleep. It comfortably hosts up to 20 guests, with plenty of room to spread out, spend time together, and keep everyone entertained from morning to night.
The main living area is bright, comfortable, and made for gathering. Settle in for a movie after a day in the sun, cook together in the full kitchen, or gather around the dining tables for a big family meal. The colorful, retro-inspired details throughout the home add a playful Florida feel without losing sight of what matters most: having plenty of comfortable space for everyone.

The game room might quickly become everyone's favorite spot. Along with a pool table, arcade games, oversized games, TV, and lounge area, you'll find two custom Full-over-Full bunk setups with slides. There's even a disco ball and karaoke setup when the group is ready to turn game night into something bigger.

Then take the fun outside. Cool off in the private pool while the kids head to the playground, practice your swing on the putting green, shoot some hoops, or start a family competition with the outdoor games. When it's time to slow things down, grab a lounger by the pool or settle into the outdoor seating and enjoy the Florida weather.

Stay close to the best of Clearwater while having your own private place to escape the crowds.

Spend a day on the white sands of Clearwater Beach (Clearwater, Florida), head to Pier 60 Park for sunset, or visit Clearwater Marine Aquarium for a family day out. For a more laid-back beach day, Sand Key Park is another great option nearby, with plenty of room to enjoy the Gulf.

Baseball fans can catch a game or Spring Training at BayCare Ballpark, while Tampa and attractions like Busch Gardens Tampa Bay are also close enough for a day trip.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for exploring Clearwater and the Tampa Bay area. From the home, you’ll have convenient access to beaches, family attractions, restaurants, shopping, and everyday essentials.

- Sand Key Park — 15–20 minutes
- Clearwater Marine Aquarium — 15–20 minutes

- Downtown St. Petersburg — about 30 minutes
- Busch Gardens Tampa Bay — about 35–45 minutes

Host Interaction:
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)

- The home accommodates up to 20 guests and was designed especially with families and larger groups in mind.
- Children should always be supervised around the pool, playground, bunk beds, and other recreational areas.

Other Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
